Pablo was more than helpful — a total turnaround from what I’ve experienced since moving into the Quinn residence. I submitted a maintenance order for my light bulbs, and he responded in less than 24 hours. He showed up exactly when he said he would, changed the bulbs he had, and even ran out but made sure to update me right away on which ones were pending and when he’d be back to finish. What really stood out to me was his professionalism and kindness. He took the time to listen while I vented about my frustrations with the property — even though he works for the company, he handled it with patience and respect. Where he could help, he truly did, going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciate Pablo’s excellent customer service, timeliness, and willingness to make things right. He’s exactly the kind of employee every company should have!

I currently been living here since the start of the year and i love it here, all utilities are included with my base rent and other great package qualities included so i just pay everything in one bill instead of ton of extra stressful bills . I can’t complain the black woman who helped me lease she is so welcoming and nice every time i approach her and have a interaction she is understanding and open, I thank god i chose my townhouse , it really is a great home for what it’s worth ! For what i pay it’s completely worth it in this peaceful and quiet environment. Not to mention, maintenance is quick and efficient! The kids and Dogs love it too! The only drawback is because they are just newly built there isn’t any park or pool so it would be wonderful if that is built into this new diverse community!
